Shri Shivaji Preparatory Military Primary Boarding School from Std. ITo Std IVis housed in a separate building. It is headed by a Headmistress. Children from the age 5 to 9 are admitted in the School, depending on their suitability and availability of seats. Here, the foundation of Reading, Writing, Arithmetic, Social Studies, Environmental Studies, Storytelling, Drawing and Music is Handicraft, eurhythmics, games, excursions are part of the routine. The Student are divided into the Junior and Senior Holding Houses, each of which is looked after by a Matron and other assisting staff.
Staff : The School is having educated, trained and computer literate staff to train the students.
Inter- House Competition : There are Inter- House Competitions in all major games, dramatics, art, elocution, Storytelling, Drawing , Music, Handicraft, and recitation.
Extra – curricular Activities: Training in music, art and crafts, staging of plays, speaking in debates, taking part in project, maintaining close touch with current affairs through regular General Knowledge Test, maintaining Scrapbooks are some of the Extra-curricular activities.
Sports : The students are trained for group games and all athletic events by trained staff for developing their physical fitness and sportsman Special trained Coaches are employed to train students in Yoga & Karate.
Computer Lab : The School is having computer lab with sufficient computer for basic computers knowledge and practical lessons.
e-learning : The School is having e-learning facility.
Indoor Games & Music Room : This room is equipped with musical instrument
and various indoor games to develop their skills and keep them occupied in leisure time.
- Supervised Study : Preparatory Classes are conducted for students on a daily basis in the evening under the supervision of House Matron.
- Picnics & Excursion : The School organises one day Educational tour and out station camps for informal education of the students.
- School Calendar : At the start of the academic year, the School publishes a calendar card which contains rules and regulations and yearly schedule of celebrations, functions, competitions, tests and Exams and vacations. It also maintains the record of student’s daily studies, Home work and Library .
